TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group has manufactured the 720,000kVA/500kV transformer which is the largest capacity in China and TBEA Shenyang Transformer Group is the only company that undertakes the manufacturer of 840,000万kVA/500kV main transformer and converter transformer for the left bank of the Tree Gorges. The company has also won the contract of the second transmission line from Guizhou to Guangzhou as a main contractor to manufacture 34 sets of ±500kV transformers and smoothing reactor, which is the first time that China take the major part in cooperative contract with foreign companies for transmission and transformation projects, and remarks the opening of domestic manufacturer of China important and large equipment. After the export of a 90万kVA/230kV transformer to Lasangelos, America, the company has won another bid in America, the 530,000kVA/525kV single phase, on tap changer transformer, which is the largest capacity unit transformer in China. It makes the way for our product exporting  to developed countries. At the same time, the company imported the technology of DC converter transformer and has the ability to design, manufacture and testing DC power transmission transformers, which localized the manufacture of DC convertor transformers and filled the domestic field vacancy.
