TBEA Xinjiang Transformer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred as Xinbian) is the original company of TBEA Electric Apparatus, and also the pillar company in China Machinery & Electricity industry, a state backbone transformer manufacturer combing China Famous Brand and Famous Product.

The company has a technical team that consists of many national famous transformer R & D experts. The total staff of the company is 778, and 70% of them has senior vocational training and college certificates and above. The company is able to manufacture more than one thousand kind of products, such as power transformer with rated voltage of 330kVA and below and rated power of 500 million KVA and above, all kinds of industrial transformer with the rated voltage of 220kV and below, all kinds of dry type transformer with rated voltage of 35kV and below, high or low voltage pre-mounted transformer substation, and so on. The annual productivity is up to 1 5million KVA and the products are widely used in the important national economic field such as the construction of power network, the field of metallurgy, aviation, city construction. The products of the company have also been used in many national important projects such as the the Three-gorges Project, Guangxi Longtan Hydropower plant, Guizhou Nayong, Guangxi Youjiang, Nina of Yellow River, Guangzhou New Baiyun Airport, Light-railway of Wuhan, Jiuquan Satellite Missile Centre. Besides, our products sold to 28 countries and regions, such as Southeast Asia, Gulf, Africa, Oceania and America， Oceania,  America.

Our factory has the leading hardware and software in our country. We possess many advanced testing equipments, such as the most advanced lamination length line of the world from GEORG, Germany; fully automated Vapor Phase Drying Plant from MICAFIL, Switzerland; CNC insulation parts processing center from Creno of France; automatic Winding machine from Italy and other equipments form Hafery of Switzerland, Tektronix, USA, Langma of Auatria, with the first class hardware in China. Besides, we successfully adopted the checking and calculating software, as well as absorbed the CAD and Solid edge three-dimension software into the transformer design and combined the excellences of the software to realize simulated assembly, automated components manufacturer, which reduced the assembly tolerance, realized module design and optimized the design.   

We make constantly efforts to strengthen the technical innovation, which assures the renovation of new products and technology， sustainable development of the company and the products of better quality, better performance and better structure and. At present, we have successfully developed more than 10 sorts of transformer for industrial use, such as 220kV single-phase railway tractor transformer, furnace transformer, split transformer, reactor, marine transformer, mining transformer, transformer for oil field, H class dry type transformer, buried transformer, high ignition insulating oil transformer, delta distribution transformer with low loss, mining movable explosion-resist transformer. We have possessed many leading technologies in China transformer industry. Besides, we enhanced the performance of H class casting transformer after being authorized as transformer manufacturer of Leilitong, DuPont. Based on the excellent performance, the self designed and manufactured dry type hollow transformer has become the fresh light of new product research and market service.  

The factory equipped with module wind-cooling equipments, manifold high-technical automatic supervising products in transmission and transformation area is able to manufacture high-tech, high value added and high-developed HV and LV switchboard, to design, research, develop products in automation area and become the special manufacturer of oil-immersed ring current transformer. The company makes the best use of foreign economy & trade cooperation certificate to devote to the construction of hydro and coal power plant, installation of power transmission and distribution project, the installation and commission of power equipment, the repair and improvement  of transformers in domestic and  foreign market.
