On 20 May, 2009, the good news is released in Xinjiang People Hall, Qi liqing and Luo Huiyan from TBEA was awarded the title of “the excellence in returned oversea university educated Chinese”. Returned oversea university educated Chinese were awarded on commendation conference for the first time in Xinjiang.
