Under the complete trust and support of China Southern Power Grid Co., Ltd. (CSG), TBEA has already finished researching and manufacturing all transformers and smoothing reactors for Guizhou-Guangdong double-Loop DC Transmission Project, which is the key project of China’s West-East Power Transmission Project. On September 6, TBEA’s delegates held a debriefing session for the vice manager and general engineer Mr. Shangchun and other officers of CSG Extra High Voltage Power Transmission Company, introducing the general conditions of the project and giving thanks to the long-term support and help to TBEA. The CSG officers also showed their appreciation for TBEA strictly following the project requirement of raw materials and quality control, They also song high prize for TBEA’s sense of preciseness while encountering with difficulties in the manufacturing and training process, which enables all products comply with the every requirement. Other CSG officers include Mr. Huang Kun---the general manager of CSG Materials Company, Mr. Peng Baoshu---the expert of CSG Extra High Voltage Power Transmission Company.
It is reported that the last set of +500kV DC converting transformer for Guizhou-Guangdong double-Loop DC Transmission Project passed the test at the first time. By then, all the manufacturing tasks including 14 sets DC converting transformers and 4 smoothing reactors shouldered by TBEA Shenyang on December 6, 2004 for Guizhou-Guangdong double-Loop DC Transmission Project, key project of China’s West-East Power Transmission Project, had fully and successfully came to an end.
