General Technical Survey

Much Qualified talents are the source of creation on technology. There is a researching and developing team in TEBA composed of academician, overseas specialists in the international transmission and transformation field, hundreds of domestic leading specialists on transformer, cable ,wire, new material, new energy resources field as well as young, middle aged specialists.　At present the total staff of the enterprise has reached 10 thousand with 30 as the average age. Among them there are 3860 people with college degree and above. Because of the first-class talented people, the first-class R & D base, the first class innovation platform, TBEA has become more and more competitive.

There are in the company 6200 people with associate degree and above, 5 domestic and overseas science and engineering academicians, 56 leading specialists in their respective fields, who enjoyed the State Department subsidy, 452 people with senior tittles, 6 doctors, more than 100 masters, 3296 technician with their specialty. Equipment debugging by overseas specialists.
